I think of
love
- and I am glad
and thankful for the love I’ve had
- and I am happy
loving those that love me
- and a few that don’t,
And you - even if you won’t
love me as I love you
I do not really expect you to.
I was only thinking of
- (hoping for) - love
and friendship, and being kind
